Export All creates a separate IDML for every target language in the project.

Before export

Check statuses and run Validate for each language. Validation settings, including the inline tag policy, may differ between languages.

Export the files

  1. Click Export All.
  2. Choose a destination folder.
  3. Polyframe checks each language and saves a separate IDML.

File names include the language name. If one language fails validation or cannot be saved, the other files may still be exported. Open Warnings for details.

In Trial mode, files have Polyframe marks in 5% of translated segments. An active App Licence or Polyframe AI plan enables clean IDML export.

Open every exported version in InDesign. Automatic validation cannot check page layout or overset text.
