This page explains local project data, online translation and information submitted through website forms.
Local project data
Project files, settings and reusable translation memory are stored locally on your computer. Manual work and translation with a local Ollama model can stay offline.
Online translation
When you choose an online service, selected text and the context needed for translation are sent for processing. Polyframe™ AI requests pass through the Polyframe service to an AI provider.
Anonymous Trial export counter
After you confirm an IDML export in Polyframe™ Trial, we increment only an aggregate counter for that day. We do not store a device identifier, IP address, license, project, document or user data. Offline exports continue without a connection and are not counted.
Website forms and processors
Information submitted through forms, such as your name, email, message and an optional screenshot, is delivered through Brevo to the Polyframe support inbox so we can reply.
Website analytics and advertising
We use Umami for aggregate website statistics. Google Ads loads only after your consent to measure app downloads and App licence purchase clicks. We do not report these clicks as confirmed purchases. Ad personalization remains disabled. We store your choice in browser storage and you can change it through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of information submitted to Polyframe by emailing support@polyframe.app.
